3 keys to know God's will



God is not trying to hide his will from us, he wants to reveal it. His desire is to lead us in his way and follow where he leads. God has given us many directions by his word. Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is- His good, pleasing and perfect will.”

3 keys to know God’s will:

1. Get to know him- Knowing God’s will is sometimes difficult because it requires discernment. It’s natural to want to know all of God’s will at once, but that’s not how he usually works. He wants us to have a personal relationship with him and get to know him by his word and prayers. The better that we get to know him, the more we have a knowledge about his desires and what the Father’s will for us.

2. Be patient- God wants us to trust him and wait for his perfect time. Ecclesiastes 3:1 “There is time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”. There are times in our lives we wish things would move along a little more quickly, especially when we are in a difficult season and we just want it to be over. Sometimes, we want to do it on our own way and get ahead of him because we don’t trust him fully to let him work in his way.

3. Desire his will- If we are walking by faith and desiring His will for our lives, God will give you the desire of your heart. Psalm 37:4 “Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

The latest “Doing Business 2018: Reforming to Create Jobs” of the World Bank released Tuesday night (PH time) showed that the Philippines’ distance to frontier (DTF) slightly improved to 58.74 from 58.32 in the Doing Business 2017 report. The Philippines landed in 113th place out of 190 economies this year from 99th place last year. The Philippines now ranks 108th out of 189 economies in the latest Ease of Doing Business report released by the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. Acting presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said at his first briefing in Malacañang that President Rodrigo Duterte himself would want to see improvements in the Philippine standing in terms of ease of doing business. “I am sure the President in November of next year would want to see a substantial improvement regardless of whatever reasons the Department may have to justify ... the standing of the Philippines,” he said.
